There is no one harder to please than a designer trying to create something for her/himself. That is one of my excuses for being so long updating the Laurel Design site. Eventually a person has to stop aiming at perfection and get on with it, so here it is. The background photo was taken by Don Patterson when we hiked with Don Sparks in the Sipsey Wilderness area. What an amazing place that is! It is way past time to get back there. It has been harder without our guide (Don S.), but we’re going to do it one of these days.
Today is our Thanksgiving cooking day. So far we’ve completed the Barefoot Contessa’s spinach gratin.
